Cajun seasoning is used to make Creole "Blackened Foods", it is a special blend of 30 peppers and spices! It is a very simple addition to fresh made sausage or burgers! This is our new Kullenschliff Scimitar, it features a 10 inch blade Granton Edge Butchering knife. The air pockets make slicing through meat easier than with the traditional blade. This style of knife is also called a "Cimitar". It is perfect for large butchering jobs and to cut steaks, Beef Tenderloin and Roasts. This is a Mundial Sharpening Steel with a large metal ring (hangs from a pot rack or hook). This is a good sharpening steel for general use and honing any quality knife - after using a sharpening stone. The shaft is medium fine and 12 in. long. It is a very good steel for the price!

This is a heavy duty meat mallet or meat tenderizer. It has a aluminum head with two different sizes of tenderizing marks on the ends with a solid hardwood handle.
