Our exclusive stainless steel "V" trough on the back of this machine helps to guide in most any shape of potato and makes clean up a snap. This french fry cutter blade assembly features high quality high carbon steel alloy blades. It fits our potato cutting machine above (fits most wall mounted machines). These parts make it easy to change sizes for different french fries. Available in three sizes, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch. These blade assemblies also work great for making french fries by hand. If you change your french fry cutter to a different size cutter blade a matching pusher block plate is also required (order below). Pictured on right is front view, left is back view.

Cajun seasoning is used to make Creole "Blackened Foods", it is a special blend of 30 peppers and spices! It is very simple to use for spicy potato fries! Appetizer Recipe : Blackened Chicken cut a few boneless breasts into 1 ounce strips, using melted butter and a brush, butter them on one side and press into a bowl of cajun seasonings, place the strips in a very hot cast iron skillet and turn once, cook until firm. Serve with cajun fries and Catsup or any good dipping sauce!
