Our new Boos Walnut Grande Island has a 2-1/4 in. thick hard American Black Walnut top (edge grain). The food service grade stainless steel shelf is sanitary and durable. The top is finished with a durable clear coat of FDA approved food safe varnish. The dovetailed maple drawer with stainless steel front combines beauty with function.
