Mundial's Butcher cleaver - high quality for less! This cleaver is 12 1/2 in. long overall. The heavy wide blade is high carbon steel and it's 7 in. long and 3 1/2 in. wide (it has a nice curve to 5 in. wide at the end).
The handle is riveted with a slight curve, this cleaver has a full tang (extremely strong) and it weighs 17 oz.!
This cleaver is great for cutting beef, lamb, pork, bones, fish and poultry.

This is our Premium Chinese cleaver, it is prefered by many of our Chefs! It is made by a famous knife manufacturer in south China. The wide blade is finely polished high carbon steel and it is 8 in. long and 3 1/2 in. wide at the heel (it tapers slightly toward the front). The handle is solid hardwood with a nice stained laquer finish and brass bolster.

This is a new Shun Cleaver with a 7 3/4 in. blade. The carbon layered steel Damascus Clad blade is the sharpest and strongest blade made. The edge that is holds is hair splitting and remains throughout heavy use. We could not believe how sharp these knives were until we tried each one.
