These Giesser Granton Edge knives
will save you time cutting and slicing meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.
The scalloped edge (granton edge) creates a series of fine air pockets between the blade and product being cut. This allows for easier cutting with higher productivity and less sharpening. Many butchers prefer these knives and we love them! We only use a diamond sharpening steel to keep our granton edge knives razor sharp.
The scallop grindings are staggered to insure smooth even cutting and blade strength.
