This is the new Boos American Heritage Gathering Block! Inspired by Holiday tradition this butcher block combines looks with function. We love the new basil colored finish. The lower shelf is perfect for storing a mixer, mixing bowls or serving trays. The maple framed wicker basket is great for towels and utensils. Extra baskets are available below! This block is 24" x 24" x 4" and stands 36" tall overall. The 4 inch thick top is #1 grade select edge grain butcher block, it will provide decades of cooking pleasure. The maple base features a hand rubbed stain. This block has a food safe varnique finish so it requires very little maintenance. Available in many colors, as pictured below!

Cherry compares to maple in terms of density, strength and technical properties, and has an appearance similar to that of mahogany. Perfect for a breakfast bar island, food prep, holiday parties or casual dining. This table is constructed from 1 1/2 in. thick first grade solid American Cherry with a clear coat of FDA approved food safe varnish finish. The tubular stainless steel legs are joined by a metal "I Bar" for optimum stability. Our custom swivel stools are a perfect match for this table. Four stools will easily store underneath when not in use. The lower bar also makes a great foot rest! Both 30 x 24 in. sizes can accomodate the optional drawer! Choose from 4 in. or 2 1/4 in. thick hard maple end grain butcher block top (checkerboard design) that will last for generations. The stainless steel is food service grade - legs, base, shelf, and towel bar. This table is equipped with four locking 3" commercial-grade casters.
The optional drawer is solid maple with dovetail construction and a stainless steel handle and front (fits 30 x 24 only).
