This is our new John Boos Rock Maple Mezzaluna Bowl Set! Solid End Grain Rock Maple, it is hand crafted for us in the the USA. Quality is excellent, possibly, the best one made today. Made out of the finest select # 1 Grade Rock Maple. This mezzaluna bowl is made to use most any size mezzaluna knife, single or double blade! The bowl is 10 in x 10 in. with with a nice tapered cutout. Our single Blade Mezzaluna Knife is hand crafted for us in the Northwoods of the USA. Made out of the finest rock maple and alloy stainless steel with solid brass rivets. The 7 inch single blade is very sharp, the handle is comfortable and makes it easy to chop and mince food easily.
