John Boos custom makes these cutting boards for us from first quality Solid Rock Maple, 23 3/4 inches by 17 1/4 inches and over 1 1/4 inches thick with a 2 1/4 inch thick maple overhang and backsplash. These boards are designed to stay secure to the edge of your counter to stop them from moving or shifting.
(it will not slide while rolling & cutting).

Our new premium Bamboo Cart On Wheels is made from a select grade of bamboo! This stylish, versatile Bar Cart will be an elegant addition to any home, featuring renown Totally Bamboo brand quality and craftmanship. The Bar Cart is the perfect centerpiece for entertaining guests and accomodating parties, boasting the following features; Solid 4 in. thick top, in our Parquet End Grain Butcher block style with juice channel, 2 stainless steel towel racks, Utility drawer easy glide sliders, Convenient grid shelf, Heavy duty locking casters. It's similar to maple and it's a totally sustainable natural resource. After harvesting bamboo it grows back quickly since the root system is so dense. Our bamboo products are handcrafted using small bamboo strips glued and pressed together with approved food grade glue (edible). A heating process makes the natural sugar in the wood turn brown to create a beautiful tan color. This table measures 24 in. x 24 in. x 36 in. tall.
