This french fry cutter blade assembly features high quality high carbon steel alloy blades. It fits our potato cutting machine above (fits most wall mounted machines). These parts make it easy to change sizes for different french fries. Available in three sizes, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch. These blade assemblies also work great for making french fries by hand. If you change your french fry cutter to a different size cutter blade a matching pusher block plate is also required (order below).

This french fry cutter pusher plate is made to fit into the blade assembly (pictured above). It is made out of heavy aluminum alloy so it will not damage the cutter blades. It is required if you change the size of your cutter blades on any wall mounted french fry cutter machine. These parts make it easy to change sizes for different french fries (fits most wall mounted machines). Available in three sizes, 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch (order below).
