Buttermilk Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Bananas
Yield:9 pancakes (6 in.each)
Ingredients:

 | cups all-purpose flour + | ||

 | teaspoons baking powder | ||
|   |  | |||
| 1 | 
 | teaspoon baking soda | ||
|   |  | |||
| 1/2 | 
 | teaspoon salt | ||
|   |  | |||
| 3 | 
 | Tablespoons sugar | ||
|   |  | |||
| 2 | 
 | large eggs, lightly beaten | ||
|   |  | |||
| 3 | 
 | cups buttermilk | ||
|   |  | |||
| 4 | 
 | tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus 1/2 teaspoon for griddle | ||
|   |  | |||
| 4 | 
 | Bananas, sliced into pieces | ||
|   |  |  | ||
| 4 | 
 | Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup per person! |  | |
Preparation:
|  | 1.  Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, and 4 tablespoons butter; whisk to combine. Batter should have small to medium lumps and be thick like honey, add a little more flour if needed.  In a sauce pan, melt 1 Tbsp. of butter and add the bananas, let cook for 1 minute, stirring often, add maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon, turn to warm! |

 | 2.Heat a non stick frying pan over medium until it is very hot. Spray frypan with non stick spray. |

 | 3. Using our pancake batter dispenser, drop pancake batter, into circles 2 inches away from one other. When pancakes have bubbles on top and are slightly dry around edges, about 2 minutes, lightly spray with non stick oil, flip over and cook 1 more minute. Bottom should be golden brown! |

 | 4. Repeat with remaining batter, keeping finished pancakes on a heatproof plate in oven. Serve warm. |
