Cherries Jubilee Yields 2-4 Servings Ingredients -1 1/2 cups Brandy (use cheap stuff)1/2 cup sugar4 cups fresh or canned cherries ( pit the fresh ones)vanilla ice cream Procedure - In a saucepan, heat the brandy with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved, then add the cherries. Ignite the liquid very carefully with a long stemmed match and stir until the fire burns out. Simmer a few minutes and let themixture cool off. Scoop however much ice cream you want into 2 or 4 fancy bowls. Cover the ice cream with the warm cherries and their sauce. Buon Appetito and Happy Valentines Day!
