Power Shake

 

Coconut Shake

1/2 c. orange juice
1 ripe banana 1 Fresh Egg
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1/3 pc. Vanilla Bean
1 T. sugar 6-8 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together for 1-2 mins.

1/2 c. coconut milk
11/2 c. french vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 T. toasted coconut

Add milk to blender first. Add rest of ingredients. Blend for 1-2 mins.

 

Maple Vanilla Walnut Shake

 

Cherry Almond Shake

1/2 c. milk
1/3 pc. Vanilla Bean
1/3 c. walnuts
2 c. vanilla ice cream

Add milk first to blender. Add rest of ingredients. Blend for 1-2 mins.

1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cherries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 tsp. almond extract
11/2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. almonds (slivers, toasted)

Add milk to blender first. Add rest of ingredients. Blend for 1-2 mins.

 

Pumpkin Pie Shake

 

Strawberry Cheesecake Shake

1/2 c. 2% milk
1/3 c. pumpkin puree

1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream

1 pc. Vanilla bean, split & scraped out (reserve scraped bean for your sugar jar)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla graham crackers (garnish)

Add all ingredients except graham crackers to blender, starting with the milk. Blend for 1 minute. Scrape sides, and blend for 1 minute more. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs.

1/3 c. 2% milk
8 oz. strawberry lowfat yogurt
1 T. strawberry sauce
2 c. vanilla frozen yogurt
3 T. cream cheese

Blend all ingredients together, starting with the milk. Blend for 1 minute,scrape down the sides, and blend for 1 minute more.
