Chefs Note: A chocolate truffle is a mixture of chocolate and other ingredients to form Ganache. It is then cooled and formed into small balls and rolled or dipped into chocolate, nuts, cocoa or other sweets. We have tested them all, this is a great little scoop.

These are professional portion scoops. Made of solid stainless steel with durable acrylic handles. Color coded handles for easy identification and portioning. Each scoop is a different size portion, they measure by volume. a 4.66 oz. scoop holds 4.66 oz of water or tuna salad by volume. To get an accurate serving, scoop a full scoop and weigh it on a scale, this will tell you the actual portion for every scoop to easily cost out your servings.
Chefs Note: I use a 3.3 oz scoop for muffins and a 2 oz. for cookies and 1.33 for small truffles. Our scoops are NSF certified. We have tested them all, these are the best made.
