Electric Pasta Machine with motor
This is our ravioli maker! It is easy to use, make the pasta dough, roll it out thin and place it over the metal form. Make a filling (we like ricotta cheese and sun dried tomato with herbs) press down on the pasta sheet with the form to make the ravioli centers, add the filling and brush the pasta with egg wash (to seal the edges), add a sheet of pasta on top and press down with the back of the form. Cut out ravioli to make squares (you can also use a small rolling pin, pictured below). Ravioli are now ready to boil or freeze for later use!
